| Following the career in sales management in food industry and IT Anna turned into HR consulting in 1998, originally as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2001 joined MPS in Poland where she coordinated management & sales training department, achieving remarkable turn around of this business line. She also developed MPS Development Center. As DBM Associate Consultant she provided career coaching for pharma, chemical, retail and banking clients. Since 2004 delivers executive coaching for Polish companies. In 2005 appointed the Head of Coaching team, responsible for implementing delivery and business standards. Speaks Polish and English. |
