| I am a personal development coach, dealing with wellness and career issues.
In my professional roles as a self-employed, organization's developer, logistics expert, I have experience in collaborating with people from different levels in company. With a background of Polish and Swedish reality, culture and languages, I also coach in Polish and Swedish, help international teams to promote their integration and cooperation. My coaching attitude is marked by my educational background in pedagogy, psychology, medicine and a genuine interest in business development. As a coach, I focus on my clients' abilities, experience and potential. I am keenly open to ideas and initiatives. I am driven and enthusiastic. My vision is to help others reach a situation where all actions are in line with established core values and meet predetermined visions and goals.
